The Employability Bootcamp
Numerous studies and empirical evidence lament on the need for 'employability' skills – indeed the challenge of employability is as big as the challenge of finding employment. This intensive boot camp – in its stand alone or curriculum integrated avatars – is an exhaustive aggregation of the multitude of skills – behavioral, social, conceptual, practical – that expands the student's worldview and prepares the individual for the first job at an awareness and an application level.
Soft skills are best learnt over a duration of time which is long enough to gradually develop one's personality and structured in a way which is organic and logical. This powerful intervention with regular input sessions and continuous feedback loop helps a real time internalization of concepts predating a burst of growth in adolescents helping them come to terms with their inner selves and the manifestations outside.
Communication skills have an all-pervasive and far-reaching impact on the career building of budding executives. It encompasses an entire spectrum of competencies – verbal, non-verbal, written – which are essential and critical at the workplace and beyond. The program combines pyschometric testing, knowledge capsules on the entrepreneurship eco-system, real time simulations and expert guidance to enable a steep learning curve and accelerated understanding of the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship.
