The Rolling Juggernauts
Performance arts have always been central to human expression and are also the finest medium of experiential learning. Inclusive, action-based and serious, riotous fun on the one hand combined with spaces for introspection, messages and action planning, The Rolling Juggernauts is a flagship fully customized break out session which leverages theatre, music, cinema and dance to help individuals become sensitive, adaptable and connect with themselves.
Sensitivity is central to building lasting relationships and makes us humane. Humor is as much about spotting patterns and twisting the context as it is about wit – seeing the lighter side to just about everything that there is. A combination of humor and sensitivity expands world views and lends itself to establishing stronger connections with other individuals.
A brand delivers differentiated value – both real and perceived – consistently to all its stake-holders. A deep dive and subsequent understanding and clarity into each of the aforementioned elements can help create substantial momentum and equity for the brand.
A brand is a living memory. And it is stories that are woven around brands that make them memorable. In a world of perceived abundance, what your product does to your customers is important but not nearly as important as what it means to them. A shared understanding of a product or a service’s ability to fulfill a profound human need helps the organizations, teams and individuals to internalize and believe in the work that they do. Curiosity is at the heart of any meaningful pursuit of expanding one’s understanding of the universe. There is a time to do, and there is a time to think. And imagine. To question assumptions, to ruminate, reflect and subvert existing paradigms. Together, they substantially increase the capacity to synthesize existing ideas and work creatively in ways characterized by innovation and divergent thinking.
Where do ideas come from? How do you nurture creativity? Am I the source or the medium? How does the brain work? There is an ocean of pure vibrant consciousness inside each one of us – some of it accessible just beneath the surface, and some deep below. It is this consciousness that is at the source of all thought, matter. Understanding this at an intellectual level is one thing, experiencing it, being illuminated and enligthened by it are quite another. This program predates a burst of awareness and offers a set of practical ideas that speak to matters of personal fulfillment, increased creativity, and greater harmony with one’s surroundings.
The most effective team building exercises are those where there is a seamless transfer of the learning therein to different contexts at the workplace and beyond. Often the ‘breakout session’ is a nice day out with fun and ideas galore but little else. The idea is to build activities, exercises and simulations organically which both draw from the workplace and are also immediately relevant in both concept and application.
