Our credo is to inspire change while maintaining steadfast relevance to context. Context is king. There is nothing more agonizing than being asked to sit in a closed room and be told ‘inspiring’ stories which have no relevance to your work. We live in an age of information overload, constant need for stimulus, instant gratification and ever decreasing attention spans. We strive, therefore, to engage and inspire whilst constantly keeping our eyes on the ball. The main thing is to keep the main thing as the main thing while accounting for detours and digressions. Our pedagogy induces and enables a transfer of learning and application into different contexts. We strive to be generic in concept and specific in application.

People change only when they are convinced about the underlying motivations and have sufficient incentive to change or visible and tangible disincentive with the status quo. Our facilitators help the individual see the cause-effect relationship between the effort taken and the result likely to be achieved, thereby creating a stronger pull. Most importantly, we focus on the ‘how’. We help you connect the dots. The concept. The application. The motivation to change. The resistance. The conditioning. The pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, if at all. All this synthesized into the subject matter. We don’t get simplistic about complexity or complicate that which is simple. For instance: If the early bird gets the worm, what happens to the early worm?

All and any meaningful learning is experiential. We take no pride in being ‘excellent’ trainers. It’s never about us. It’s always about you. The idea is to bring the individual and the team to a threshold where the learning comes from within in a moment of catharsis thereby having greater buy in and deeper insight. As catalysts, we understand that the journey is as important as the destination. The medium therefore becomes as important as the message.

The modern day professional is likely to have many careers. Some distinct, others overlapping. Combine it with the reducing ‘shelf life’ of skills and the fierce breadth, magnitude, frequency of change and it becomes as important to ‘let go’ and unlearn as it is to learn thereby enabling relearning of the new rules of the game. This philosophy also reflects in our eclectic learning mediums.

We take our work seriously. We don’t take ourselves seriously. And for the most part, we are able to distinguish the two.
